Delete your Salonkarts® account

This page is for users of the Salonkarts® app, listed on Google Play as Salonkarts Wholesale shopping (developer: CapriTech Global Services Pvt. Ltd.) and on the App Store as Salonkarts, and of salonkarts.com. The service is operated by SKS B2B Products Private Limited. You can delete your account and the data in it at any time, free of charge.

How to delete your account

1. In the app: open Menu, tap Delete Account and confirm.
2. Without the app, or if you cannot log in: write to support@salonkarts.com or call +91 98218 88863 and give the mobile number of the account. We confirm that the number is yours with a one-time code sent to it, and then delete the account.

An account cannot be deleted while one of its orders is being prepared or is on the way. Wait until the order is delivered or cancelled, then delete the account. Any wallet balance is lost when the account is deleted.

What is deleted

• Your name, salon / business name, GST number and billing details
• Your saved delivery addresses
• Your cart, saved items, notifications, feedback and product enquiries
• Your product requests and the photos you attached to them
• The link between your phone and your account for notifications
• The text of reviews you wrote is hidden
• Your mobile number is removed from the account, so the same number can register again as a new account

What is kept, and for how long

• Orders, invoices, payment and wallet records are kept, without your name or contact details, for as long as needed for tax and accounting records, to resolve disputes, to prevent fraud and to meet legal requirements.
• A restricted copy of your registration details is kept for 180 days after deletion, as Indian law requires, and is then erased automatically.

Delete some data without deleting the account

• Addresses: in the app, Menu › Address, then remove the address.
• Billing and GST details: Menu › Billing & GST, then clear the fields and save.
• A product request that is still open: Menu › Request a product, then cancel it.
