Who this site is for

• Salonkarts sells professional salon and beauty products to salon owners, salon managers and trained beauty professionals (business-to-business supply). It is not a general retail shop for children or for the public.
• You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order.

Professional-use products

• Many products here (hair colour, bleach, developers, chemical treatments, waxes, peels, nail products and similar) are made for use by trained professionals. Use them only as the manufacturer's label and instructions say.
• Do a patch test and follow the safety data and warnings on the pack before using a product on a client. Keep products away from children.
• We do not give medical, dermatological or hair-treatment advice. Descriptions on this website are not medical claims and do not replace professional judgement. If a client has a reaction, stop use and seek medical help.

Product information

• Product pictures, colours, shades, pack designs and descriptions are for guidance. The pack you receive may look different because manufacturers change packaging, formulation, batch or origin. The label on the pack is what applies.
• We show the MRP, the selling price, the net quantity and the manufacturer details that we hold for each product. If a detail is missing or looks wrong, write to support@salonkarts.com and we will correct it.
• Ingredients, shelf life and expiry are as printed on the pack. Please check the dates when you receive an order.

Prices, stock and offers

• Prices, stock, offers and delivery days can change without notice and differ by delivery area. The price and the bill you see at checkout, before you place the order, are the ones that apply.
• A product shown on the site can still turn out to be unavailable. If that happens we tell you and refund anything you have already paid. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless the page says otherwise.
• We try to fix mistakes quickly. If a price or description is clearly wrong we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Brand names and logos

• All brand names, product names and logos on this website belong to their respective owners. We show them only to identify the products we sell.
• Their use does not mean that the brand owner endorses, sponsors or is connected with Salonkarts, and we do not claim to be an authorised distributor of a brand unless the page says so.
• If you are a brand owner and want a name, logo or picture changed or removed, write to support@salonkarts.com.

Delivery

Delivery days and times are expected times, not guarantees. Delivery is available only in the areas listed on the Shipping policy page.

Errors and omissions

We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is free of errors, omissions or interruptions.

Limit of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Salonkarts and SKS B2B Products Private Limited are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of profit or business, or for harm caused by using a product contrary to its label or instructions. Nothing in this page limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for defective goods or deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
