Shipping policy

How and where Salonkarts delivers your order, and what delivery costs.

Where we deliver

We deliver in selected areas of Mumbai: Dahisar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon (western suburbs, from Dahisar to Goregaon). We check your delivery address before you place the order; if it is outside our area, checkout tells you so and no order is placed. We do not ship outside these areas yet.

When your order arrives

  • Orders placed before 1 PM are expected the same day by 8 PM.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM are expected on the next delivery day by 8 PM.
  • The expected delivery day is shown on every product page and at checkout before you order. It is an expected time.

Delivery charges

  • Delivery fee: ₹49 per order below ₹1,499. There is no delivery fee on orders of ₹1,499 or more.
  • Platform Fee: ₹2 - Charged per order. Helps run the Salonkarts ordering app and order support.
  • Minimum order value: ₹499.
  • All charges include GST and are shown on the bill before you place the order. Nothing is added later.

Payment

Pay by cash on delivery. Any other payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.

At delivery

Our delivery partner hands over the order at your salon address. Please check the items when you receive them. For a damaged, wrong or missing item see our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
